Cancellation Policy

Prisma Beauty understands surprises come up, and scheduling changes are sometimes necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours for lash extension and makeup services and 12 hours for tanning services notice for any cancellations. When you fail to show up to your appointment without properly giving notice, it takes away the opportunity for another guest to receive a service.

Cancellations that do not adhere to the cancellation policy (i.e. outside of the required notice time, no call/no shows) will be subject to a 50% service fee upon the next appointment.


Late Policy

Prisma Beauty extends a courtesy grace period up to 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

Refund Policy

Prisma Beauty does not offer refunds. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days for lash services and 24 hours for makeup and tanning services.

Accepted forms of Payment:

Cash, Check, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle are accepted.
